I don't know 4 speeds, but if it is out of a car, you will probably have shifter location problems.
As far as the high/low hump issue, you will need the high hump, esp with both a big block AND a 4 speed. If you decide to fix your cab, all you need to do is hack out the old one, and bolt in the high hump. (it's a bolt in piece with the high hump)
