Will it move at all in D or R?
Need more info.

I have seen pumps go bad, sun shells break, and very seldom the converters go out.

Can you give any more details?

Was it overheated at all?
was the TV cable adjusted properly?

And no you will need a TC from a 700R4 the 350 wont work.
