Re: Do you want to sell your truck?
Twice I've sold projects. (in primer) Simply because when I was asked what I wanted? I threw out that "they would pay this" dollar figure, they took me up on it.
So, I got into these trucks in 1988. So far I've truly had 2 trucks more than 50% started/completed... Both of which sold for more than I had into them (lucky me, huh?) But, that means... After 19 years of having at least 1 truck (most of the time more due to parts trucks) in my life, I've never completed a truck build. I've gotten as close as rebuilt motor, interior painted & re-done, truck in primer, then starting on suspension bushing, etc... then Sold it.
Ironically both were red interior paint with black seat, door panels, dash pad, etc... and both had stock rally wheels and primer paint (no body work, just primered so the truck wasn't plaid)
So, this truck I'm building to sell (see current project below) is white interior (so that I don't fall in love with it like I would red) paint going with black seat, door panels, dash pad, etc... will drive primered at first on rally wheels...
Watch... I bet I never get it sold...
