That link will tell you about how tall the tires should be, that way you can measure what you have and compare the difference
Just for comparison, my truck has 235/75R15's on it now & they're 28.9 inches tall (so round that to 30")
The tires I estimated you running 275/45R22's would be 31.8 inches tall (so round that up to 32")
So go and measure from the ground up 32 inches & see how much taller that is than what you have now, lets just say your tire now is a 30" tire & you want to put a 32" tire on it
You'll be raising the truck up by one inch & have one inch less space between your tire & fenderwell
