Here is where I anchored mine. The holes for the lap belt part were existing threaded holes that the eye bolt happened to go right through then I added a big fender washer to the back too. I had to drill a hole for the shoulder belt..this seemed to be a good spot being double floor thick there too (also added fender washer). The seats are out right now to avoid grinding/welding spark burns but you can get the idea.
