Those are cars/trucks from the past 4 years I've had. And there's more I didn't show. Didn't wanna bore ya.....
I found a set of mint AZ doors 3hrs. from me for $300., so I may snatch them up. And I found a nice hood for $75.
So if I don't find nice fenders, I'll go repop.
I was kinda hoping for nicely "weathered" doors,fenders, hood...but I'll just have to make the burb nicer than planned.
I'm a big fan of patina'd old trucks, but with all new unders, and air ride
My old 59 wagon was actually a nomad. In 59, they only made 4500 or so nomads and they were the top of the line wagon, basicly an Impala.
It had a injected 350/4L60, huge stereo, air ride etc...
I got rid of it because of all the computer stuff. You had to plug it in to see what was wrong. I hated that.
As for my newest burb, the 63...It's getting a 350/350, alum. rad., air ride with a 4" notch out bag and drop spindles and discs up front, wheels/tires, stereo for the wife
, changing to 62 T-bird bucket seats up front and a nicer middle seat for my kids.
I may leave the outside multiple colors...kinda rough looking...Just for fun
