I seem to remember years ago some factory springs were vehicle side specific. I don't know about these aftermarket springs though. Did the ECE guy talk like this is a common occurence?
As said you need to measure the frame to floor at same points right and left to make sure it is not a body misalignment prob or low tire, etc.
I have also heard of some guys having to send their springs back to be replaced but not sure of which company they came from.
Also worth mentioning is quite often springs will take some time to settle after installation. Drive it some and remeasure.
