Unless I'm mistaken, the Torq-thrust Ms are intended for newer vehicles that need more positive offset, like newer Mustangs and Camaros.
KMK, I agree with Rc 415 - I think they're American Racing Torq-Thrust IIs. You can view them
here. You can view them on a truck similar to ours by going
here and clicking on the "wheel visualizer" app. Once in, pick "Chevrolet - Truck/SUV" as your make and "Silver 1500 SWB Reg. Cab 4x2 80-87" as your model and "American Racing" as your wheel brand and pick the Tor-Thrust IIs to the right as the individual wheel. You can then pick wheel/tire sizes and the color of the truck and the stance. Here's what I came up with for a black one like yours with a couple inches of lowering it.
