factory intake or edel. performer for MPG
i will soon be putting a summit cam (.420/.442) and intake on goodwrench 350 i have. the engine will be going into a 78 swb chevy sport van with 2.73 gears. the engine will be built for good gas milage. what intake would be better for the job: cast iron (non EGR) factory 4bbl intake or a edlebrock performer. other that weight difference which is better? ive seen crate 350 buildups and they say that the iron one makes more low end torque and the perfomer makes more hp. granted this motor will be cruising the highway at 2000rpms, which is better for milage?
