I use Wagner Thermoquiets as well and haven't had any problems other than squealing because I need to put new rotors on (they are on the floor in my garage). If you can find a fully ceramic pad for it they will reduce the dust but from what I have seen at work can be fairly pricey (at least for the luxury imports I have priced). Check around to some different performance parts sites/catalogs, alot of different, quality pads offered at reasonable prices...
