There is a difference in 4 bar and 4 link. 4 bar is the ART and FBI kit. A 4 link is the Mark williams style kit which is geared more toward drag racing. 4 Links give you a lot of adjustability for better take offs to plant the tires. 4 Bars are what you should be using on the street less setup head aches and a better ride due to the longer bars. On a 4 link you could get your self into trouble on corners if not setup correctly. You could end up with a bad push or the rear coming around when braking when it normally wouldn't with a 4 bar. If this is your first or second suspension install I would stay with a 4 bar that has very little adjustability. The ART type kit has the ride already engineered into it.
