alot of that would depend on what panels need to be replaced..

$750 sounds like a steal to me at least.. depending on what panels need to be replaced.. any rocker or cab rust, id offer him 400-500..those are pretty major panels, to be replacing... if the rust is just on the fenders and bed...id just give the dude the money and get to restoring it
