I would look at evil bay and see what comparable trucks are going for. As mentioned it doesn't take much to get $10k into these trucks. What engine is in it? I would guess it's a 350...does it use any oil? Undercarraige condition? Any service records on this truck? Does the owner have any history on this truck? When you say rust...what is minimal? I assume it's factory ac? Looks like a nice truck. My guestimate would be $7k-10k is a fair price range. Although in retrospect $8-10K seems to be on the high side. Let other chime in and and lets see what they say. I may be way off. Good Luck.
