Thanks....it's been quite a project.

My first glass broke in one of the upper corners because we started roping the window in at the bottom first and when we got to the upper corners and the sides were in and the top wasn't, it caused the corner to crack.

It's more of a pain, but it you start at the top first it won't place as much stress on the upper corners. Ideally, 3 people would be best to install after doing it with 2 and wishing we had an extra set of hands.
