Hi -

I'm doing a frame off restoration on a 1949 Chevy 3/4-Ton Pickup. I need the rear crossmember that supports the front of the bellhousing. This crossmember is riveted to the frame siderails. I don't know if this crossmember is the same for the 1/2-Tons.

I'm also thinking about installing shock mounts from 1950 and newer truck to replace the single-action original shocks. Any thoughts?
