that's the setup that i have. stainless steel brakes make a kit for the rear. i was looking at getting their force 10 for the front but they're pretty expensive and you have to run 17" wheels i think.

crazy longhorn: you should install an adjustable proportioning valve to solve your rear locking up first problem.



the thing with rear disc is that your front brakes need to be better than the rear. better calipers/pads/rotors, etc. should be used. there's debate on if slotted/cross drilled rotors are actually better or not.
