Take 14" out of the frame behind the cab.

Take 4.75" off the rear.

Replace the parking brake cables, brake line and gas tank with a 16 gal.

Shorten Driveshaft

Drive it. Its not as hard as it sounds. The best thing to do is have the short bed on hand to help you set up your measurements. The 2nd set of bolt holes from the rear will line up with the short bed and help you with the measurements. The rest will have to be drilled.
