Although you asked about Blazers, I thought this might give some ideas. The Traders truck used a complete Borla stainless steel exhaust system. I'm not sure how different the rear would be because it had a 4-link w/slightly narrowed framerails after the rear cab mounts but the front of the exhaust could be run the same. See pics in back issues of Hot Rod(OCT.93) & Custom & Classic Trucks(Aug.95). Also look @ the truck built in a series of articles in Classic Trucks mag(Mar.01)as it has some pretty decent pics of how it was routed. Hope this helps.
