I have seen several of our fleet trucks with these skirts on. I dunno if they were stock or not. I highly doubt it. I tend to agree with slam33 that it is a JC Whitney type item.

I didn't like them on cares, I sure don't like them on the trucks, but I guess someone out there does with as many I have seen using them.
