I got some door rubber from a round body S-10 single cab (don't know the year) & put it on my black truck
It's about 3" too short, but it could be that I didn't stretch it enough when I put it on (I was on the phone & holding a flashlight)

It seals really tight, so I may have to adjust my door a bit so I don't have to slam it shut
