Yes, you need to buy the track bar kit if you are going lower then probably 5 inches in the rear.

You can cut one coil off your front springs and get 2 inches. Get a set of 2 1/2 inch drop spindles and you'll get your 4.5. You should be able to get all of it done for around $500 on the cheap.

I don't think the big block will matter, but I could be wrong. If so just do the spindles and set it down and see what it looks like.
