I had National Spring Co. in California make my rear springs. They make them to your specs and asked me lots of question before making mine. Some of the questions were: Do you tow or pull anything with the truck and if so what is the tongue weight of the trailer and how much does it weigh, is it a daily driver, how much does the truck weigh, how soft do you want it to ride, etc.
They charged me $100/inch per pair + shipping. That included new bushings. I think they also have a minimum cost of $300 even if your springs are under 3" lift.
