I've been working on and off for the last 9 years on this 76 GMC swb twd. The last time i had this thing inspected was in 1998, and then on the title the odo was exempt. I havent done any kind of title transfer since then, and im not sure since 911 this PA law still stands for ODO on older vehicles. I just got in the mail a renewal app, for my 04 Jeep wrangler were they want odo, and insurance info. I've hered the PA laws have changed a lot since 911. I dont have the same dash cluster that came with the truck any more, because i put together a custom cluster, with a new speedo and tach, and other guages. Im tired of putting my project off to the side for what ever reason, and decided to git-r-don
. So if any one knows if PA still does this with older vehicles or has a link with info on this Please advise.
