If the bed is off the chassis all you have to do is: position jackstands on all four corners of the cab, jack up the cab, place boards across the stands underneath the cab, and roll the chassis out from under the cab. You will have to get it up in the air to clear the tires, but if you don't have a hoist or 5 or 6 guys to help, one or two people could do this pretty easy in about an hour.
