I am swapping motors this weekend in my '67 and drained the oil in the SM465, and at least a quart of water came out the bottom. It hadn't been driven with the water (I think it was stored somewhere where the roof leaked) so it was not mixed with the oil, but some nasty chunks came out. We took the top off and blew it out pretty good with brake cleaner - hopefully it's good to go.
