I'm thinking a good machine shop could weld up that groove and spin it flat again for about $30 or so. otherwise you can find a good parts store (not one of these big named chain stores where they hire McDonalds flunkies) to look in the back of the National seal book for a speedisleeve that will fit. they have listing by size.
