I have factory Jr. West Coast mirrors and they don't look like these at all. Jr.'s are like the Sr.'s except the mirror legs only go about half way down the door. The Sr.'s mirror legs (supports) mount further down the door. My glove box list the Jr Mirrors. I might be wrong but I feel fairly confident that I am right?
