Re: What size exhaust are you guys runnin?
I have 2.5" dual with X pipe in my corvette (LS1) and it seems to do well. It's making about 350RWHP.
My 72 GMC (TPI 350) has 2.5" duals (no X pipe) that is not mandrel bent.
For my 68 Chevy, I'll be running 3" mandrel bent. I'm hoping for 400RWHP. It's going to be a bracket racer/show truck so noise level isn't a big concern.
Oh, and just for reference the LS1 F-bodies run a 3" single pipe back to the muffler, and they're doing fine, so 2.5" duals should be sufficient for most applications.
