I have true dual 2.25'' on my 87 305. I am running dynomax mufflers. These are not the loud ultra flows, they are the quieter turbo mufflers. They are very quiet at idle and cruise. If I stomp on it, it's deep but no where near obnoxious, like every flowmaster I've ever had.
