The wipers are press fit on. If you don't care much about a couple of scratches in the paint around either side of each wiper, I would suggest using the "L" shaped end of a small pry bar or the claws of a hammer to work the wiper arms off. Don't pry too hard, you may bend the cowl slightly, just pry from side to side on each wiper, they should come off.
