You have to pull the tab first!!!!!!!!!!!!! The guy above used force obviously. Use a small screwdriver to pull the tabs COMPLETELY out then the wipers will come off straight away (it taks some force) I am assuming with the guy above somebody had already removed the windshied wipers and didnt replace the tabs. Trust me the little tabs WILL come out. Take your time and do it right, youll be happier then just using brute force
