My experience with rear antisway bars ,is all positive you will definetly notice improvement in handling and cornering .The ride may stiffen up a little , if i can remember the further from the pumpkin you mount the U bolts the stiffer the ride moving then closer to the center softens the ride a bit.
You will also notice less tuck and roll on acceleration and braking.

I've always used Hellwig but wasn't happy with there quality control on the last bar I installed for a Toyota Tundra .
I would try Classic Perf ,Mixup recommended.
