A new one costs from 125 to 150. Unless you have a lot of free time to burn, buy a new one. See GMC pauls new line, they appear to first rate, much better than the old repops, and at 150 clams, well worth it. There is a thread entitled zinc coated fenders, within the last day or two. Read up.
