Judging from the paint, if the rest of the truck looks as nice, I would not save the fender. Not because of the rust, but because of the dent. It appears that yopu would have to pull the bottom of the fender forward to get the wrinkle out. We have a fender that was damaged like that and the body shop guy fixed it but could not ever make it look right.
I have not tried any of his new fenders, but GMC Paul has a new line of fenders that sound really good and they are $149 for the 68-72, ($159 for the 67's). Of course this is US dollars.
