Re: How do I make the truck loud???
i'll admit it, I'm one of those z-71 straight pipe owners. loud on your gmc could be accomplished by something such as manifolds with straight pipes and 90 degree angles behind the tires(I have heard it, and it's LOUD!!). straight pipes under the bumper is loud, but not as loud. headers and straight pipes will be loud, too. Just remember, if you put a 45 or 90 degree angle or something at the tips, it WILL make it louder than just straight out the back. the 90 degree angle will be the loudest. if you want really, really loud, put an s-curve in the pipes. hope it helps
