Thanks everyone for the input. I've never done a body lift, and probably never would have, but the gas fill tube may require it if I don't want to cut a hole in the bed. I considered building blocks as was suggested, but wasn't sure how the bumpers would get raised to match. That's why I was wondering if they were available in kits. Do the kits have a means to raise the bumpers?
