The original bolts are 7/16-14 x 3 carriage head bolts that fit into 1/8" plates which were 1 1/4" square approximately to hold them in place.
On the trucks that we have restored, we reuse the plates and get the carriage head bolts from the local Tractor Supply store. Most hardware stores will have the carriage head bolts.
Since you have the bushings, I would suggest measuring the stackup and getting the right length bolts locally.
If you don't have the plates, they can easily be made by filing the square hole after first drilling a round hole 3/8" in diameter.
