Give him your truck! It is still in the family and he obviously feels some bond with that truck and you, so I would let him have it. Get yourself a step and you both will have similiar trucks to work on and enjoy. Of course, I may be eating these words in about 11 years when my boy says, "Dad, I want the 71"

I have drug it around all over the country in pieces. Finally back on the road in 2021. "I can't complain, but sometimes I still do. Life's been good to me so far."
