from around 2500 to 3500 depending on were you get the parts. 1500 for trans and bell housing 500 for the round blt patern np205 or I think 800 for the advance adaptor kit to add it to a fiure 8 style then 250 for the hydrolic cluch kit then im guessing 150 for the cluch. you could aways use a 208 transfer case from a m1008 if you dont mind not using the np205 to save some cash.
Bell housing some poeple have trouble with the pasenger side clutch fork and cylinder geting in the way oof the drive line some dont if you dont have a lot of lift it may get in the way of the front drive shaft so you would need the advance adaptors bell with driver side cluch fork.
