I think they do have 69-72 brackets on them, I pulled them from a 69. and the outside bolt holes line right up.
I am glad that the cover will work.
I put one in mine and the top of the seat is like in your pic. almost even with the lower window frame.
I will recover myself, what had to be done diferently to get the 72 covers to fit?
