The vocational school I go to was brand new the year I started there I was in machine tool by Christmas time the tile floors were torn to sh!+ I will never understand why they put floors in the classrooms of the programs that had shops I think it was really dumb. My dad was the business manager of the school district and he did not get it. If you seal it some of the best sealers solvents will cause it to lift. Then become sticky.
