My factory seat folds forward. I dunno if it is broken, or the previous owner modified it to fold. My gas tank is still back there, so it really dosne't need to fold forward.
In a old Classic Trucks issue i had, they had a series in which they restored a '68 CST. They put the gastank under the bed. In the cab, they boxed in the cab corners with plywood, and made a platform on the cab floor. Then they covered everything with carpet, and set a storage tray out of a '90's Chevy truck on the platform.
