Maybe I can clear it up a little. You have your male and female belts. You would connect the retractable male belt on the floor to a female buckle. Normal setup. Then you would pull the male shoulder harness out of its plastic cover and connect to another separate female belt. You have two separate, but identical female belts on the same bolt. Two separate male belts. One retratable on the floor and one stationary on the cab pillar. I hope this helps clear it up.
