I have to say i think you are the first guy i'v seen install a Chevy grill on a GMC usually it's the other way around.

I have to ask why did you relocate the battery to the left side?

And i think your next project should be to get the a/c system hooked up summer's a'comin'.

Can't help ya with the tire sizes sorry.
