Your best bet is to have a price ready that you "would" sell it for. That usually shuts up the tire kickers. I have had them tell me "I saw one just like it go for xxxx less on eBay". My response is "you should have bought it" but your not buying mine for that.
When they get arrogant just tell them to step up or step aside.
