Got it........I just used masking tape to tape the cut lines I wanted, used a cut-off wheel and took sections (see red line) right out of the middle part of the supports. if you do it right in the middle, all will line up except the rear (see red circle). I welded a little strap on the rear to strengthen.
I used different dims from front to rear cuz I wanted the seat to tilt back just a little more. 1.5 will work fine front and rear. the inner bracket (legs) for the pass seat is a little more tricky cuz it's doesn't sit flush to the floor.
