Inklover. Altus Ark.? I don't know how long the truck has been sitting but the gas can be old and the fuel filter can be stopped up or as said it could be a vacumn leak. If it has a power brake booster remove the vacumn line and plug it to see if there is a leak in the booster and of course check any vacumn lines on the engine. If it's automatic it probably has a vacumn line running from the intake manifold down to the modulator valve on the trans. It will have a short length of rubber hose on each end of it.
