No...that is unprofessional counter people for you. This 'woman' could not only get him the belt, I could cross reference the number from gates to dayco IN MY HEAD.....There were parts MEN I worked with in my years on the counter that couldn't find thier backside with two hands and a flashlight.
I had a guy that was brought in and the boss really talked him up and he looked at me and asked what the difference was between a tie rod end and a centerlink.....
