The stovebolt site should be a good place to start if you're going to keep it OEM. There are plenty of things to do and bolt ons to gain hp too. I'd suggest going to a 12v system if you plan on re-wiring it anyway. Then you can get a newer starter and ditch the generator for an alternator. You may have to replace the lights for a 12 volt system. Good luck!
