Re: '69 GMC Build Thread.

well guys, have no fear!

I have, in fact, NOT fallen off the face of the earth. I've just been driving my GMC, and dealing with life.

I am now a free man, which means more money to pay for gas and buy parts, and more time to spend driving with that newly purchased gas and working on those newly purchased parts.

...she just didn't get the whole old truck thing. and the whole living on a farm thing...being close to my parents thing...and going to school thing...

bwahaha. i'm better off, i say!

But, as far as an update goes...I haven't really done anything recently, aside from drive the ol' girl. A few girls have asked for rides in the ol' girl, and they pretty much all agree that it's loud, old, and completely bad ass. Yeah, driving rocks.

However, as I posted, I did make a gas pedal.

shoe.

shrink, trace, and compare.

rough, cut, and shape.

and artwork!

and installed.

Even if I end up not liking it, I think it looks pretty cool. We'll see if it enhances performance when i drive it to school. I anticipate a 10-15 hp gain with that sucker. .

and...a low quality video recording of the exhaust. because I could.

and thats about it..

Don't worry, a burn out video is on the way, as soon as I can convince someone to hold the camera for me. :p.

and thats where she stands at the moment.
